
Over the last year, I have been collaborating with Gett, the go-to taxi app for busy Londoners.
The partnership began in 2025, working as an embedded Design Lead within the UK marketing team and providing design support across B2B and B2C initiatives. My initial role was to take ownership of the global rebrand, helping to define a refreshed visual direction and design system that could be applied on a global scale across the UK and Israel markets. Once Gett's new identity had been established and approved by the senior leadership team, I began work on the redesign of Gett’s website, working closely with the web-dev team in Israel to deliver a modern, conversion-focused experience.
Throughout the year, the overarching objective of this work was to drive FTRs (first-time rides), registrations and retain existing users across B2C, as well as generate leads across B2B. Every design decision needed to support these goals — whether through improving first impressions for new users, creating clearer value propositions, or strengthening ongoing engagement with current users.






As an embedded Design Lead, I worked closely with marketing, B2B, web-dev and senior leadership to ensure design solutions were not only visually strong, but effective in driving engagement, conversion, and long-term value. To back this statement, a relevant example would be our digital performance across Meta in 2025. We reached 8,703 installs and 5,319 registrations over the course of the year, with a 61% increase YoY.
